  • Priority Registrations : 1st February to 31st May 2024

    • School Registration Fees (Includes one Faculty Advisor) : USD 530

    • Delegate Fee : USD 760

    • Additional Faculty Advisor Fee : USD 530

  • Regular Registration : 1st June to 31st October 2024

    • School Registration Fees (Includes one Faculty Advisor) : USD 550

    • Delegate Fee : USD 780

    • Additional Faculty Advisor Fee : USD 550

Inclusions:

  • Accommodation : Includes accommodation on double occupancy with breakfast and internetfor 3 nights the conference venue, Le Meridien Hotel Dubai

  • Conference meals : 9 meals from dinner on 10th January to lunch on 13th January

  • Pre-Conference Training : This includes General Preparation Guide and Committee specific Background Guides, authored by the Committee Directors and the Secretariat that will help all delegates prepare better for the conference. The training also includes online training webinars, run by the Secretariat and Directors, that will equip delegates with information and material to excel at the conference.

  • Conference Events : Entry to all Conference Events, including Leadership Forum, Skill Tracks and Workshops. 

  • Faculty Agenda : Faculty Advisor Agenda comprising of Engaging Workshops

  • Certificate : Every delegate and faculty advisor will receive a certificate of participation after the conference

Please note

  • All payments must be made in USD.

  • The conference fee does not include lunch on 10th January, cost of travel or visa to UAE, airport transfers or personal expenses.

  • If you are a school from Dubai and would like to know more about our non residential package, please write to us at info@hmundubai.org

  • Schools must pay a minimum of 50% of their entire fee before considering their application confirmed and before receiving any country allocations.

  • The last date for registration is the 31st of May 2024 for Priority Registrations and 31st October for Regular Registrations. However, in case our slots fill up earlier, we will have to close registrations earlier as this is a limited seater conference.
