Malak Sannoun
Secretary-General
Malak Sannoun is a junior pursuing a joint concentration in Government & Philosophy. She is from Anderson, South Carolina, but her family is from Morocco, and she spends every summer and school break there! With MUN, she competes on Harvard's Intercollegiate Model UN Team and currently serves as the Head Delegate of the team; she also serves as the Under-Secretary-General of Specialized Agencies for HNMUN Boston 2027 and a Director for HMUN India 2026.
Outside of the MUN world, she is the student manager for the D1 Harvard Women's Lacrosse team and is involved with Harvard College Consulting! In her free time, she loves exploring new places, shopping, trying new food, sipping on an ice-cold Ginger Ale, or hopping on the Peloton! Malak cannot wait to meet all of you guys and hopes you will have an amazing time at HMUN Dubai 2027!

Noreen Mohamed
Director-General
Noreen Mohamed is a senior in Dunster House concentrating in Government and Economics with a secondary in Computer Science from Raleigh, North Carolina (go Tar Heels!). After being the Under-Secretary-General of Finance at HNMUN 2026, she is incredibly excited to serve on HMUN Dubai’s Secretariat in the upcoming iteration of the conference.
Beyond HMUN Dubai, Noreen also competes on Harvard’s Intercollegiate Model United Nations team and formerly served as the Deputy Director of Crisis Training where she stayed far, far away from GAs. Outside of Model UN, she is also the Director of the Harvard Undergraduate Consulting Group and loves traveling with friends in her free time. Noreen looks forward to meeting all the amazing delegates in January!

Antara Martins
Under-Secretary-General for Administration
Antara Martins is a sophomore at Harvard studying Government and Philosophy. She is from London, UK but has grown up around Dubai and Mumbai, where her family is from. She competes on Harvard's Intercollegiate Model United Nations (ICMUN) team on the North American College Circuit, serving as their Director of Affairs. She absolutely loves MUN, especially for its amazing community, and cannot wait to welcome delegates to what will be the best iteration of the conference yet!
Outside of MUN, you can always find Antara either watching a Renaissance-era Disney Movie, laughing too loudly with her friends or getting laughed at by her friends for her British slang that no one seems to understand!

Rohith Raghavan
Under-Secretary-General for Finance
Rohith Raghavan is a sophomore at Harvard College studying Math and Computer Science, with a secondary in European History. Hailing from Sharon, Massachusetts, Rohith has long been interested in international relations and politics, serving as Secretary-General of his high school’s Model United Nations club. At Harvard, he competes on behalf of the Harvard Intercollegiate Model United Nations (ICMUN) team and serves as a director for the HMUN Boston and HNMUN conferences.
Apart from MUN, Rohith is a campus tour guide with the Crimson Key Society and a research assistant at the Harvard Systems and Theory Group. On campus, you can find Rohith visiting new restaurants with friends or taking walks around the Charles River. He looks forward to meeting delegates for a weekend of new perspectives and constructive debate at HMUN Dubai!

Rahul Yates
Under-Secretary-General for Business
Rahul Yates is a senior in Quincy House, originally from Los Angeles, California, studying in Government, Economics, and South Asian Studies. Rahul joined the Model UN community his freshman year of college and has truly enjoyed organizing Harvard’s MUN conferences! He’s previously served as Director-General of HMUN India 2026, USG of Host Affairs of HMUN India 2025, USG of Business at HMUN Boston, and has directed committees at HMUN Boston, HNMUN Boston, HMUN India, and HMUN Canada, and he cannot WAIT to manage everything biz-related at HMUN Dubai this coming January!
Outside of MUN, Rahul is involved in the South Asian Community and loves watching Bollywood movies in his free time!

Sarina Harjani
Under-Secretary-General for Logistics
Sarina Harjani is a sophomore in Lowell House studying Government and Sociology. Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois, she first got involved in Model UN her freshman year of high school. She is incredibly excited to serve as the Under-Secretary-General for Logistics for HMUN Dubai 2027!
Sarina currently serves as the Director of Affairs for Harvard’s Intercollegiate Model United Nations (ICMUN) team, as well as the Under-Secretary-General for the General Assembly for HNMUN 2027. She directed at HMUN Canada 2026 and HMUN India 2026, and she staffed both HMUN and HNMUN 2026. Additionally, Sarina is the Director of Recruitment for Harvard’s International Relations Council (IRC).
Outside of Model UN, Sarina is often seen on the pickleball courts, ordering iced coffee at Blank Street, or laughing nonstop with her friends. She cannot wait to meet everyone in January!

Hanley Poyer
Under-Secretary-General for Committees
Hanley Poyer is a rising junior at Harvard studying Molecular and Cellular Biology and Government. Originally from the vast farmlands of Deansboro, New York, she brings a deep appreciation for community and resourcefulness to everything she does. At Harvard, Hanley serves as Co-Director of Crisis Training for the intercollegiate team (ICMUN). She has staffed many iterations of HMUN, both Boston and beyond, including HMUN Dubai 2026!
Beyond MUN, she leads pre-orientation trips through the First-Year Outdoor Program, engages with service work on campus, and conducts research at Boston Children’s!
Hanley is so excited to meet you all at HMUN Dubai 2027, and can’t wait to see your growth in and out of committee.

Saarah Hassan
Under-Secretary-General for Affairs
Saarah Hassan is a rising junior at Harvard College studying Government with a secondary in Global Health and Health Policy. Originally from Mankato, Minnesota, she joined Model UN in her freshman fall and has since competed at numerous conferences across the country. Outside the collegiate circuit, Saarah has directed at HMUN, HMUN India, and HMUN Dubai. She currently serves as a Head Delegate for Harvard’s Intercollegiate Model UN Team and as the Director General for HNMUN 2027. She previously served as the USG for the ECOSOC and Spec Bodies for HNMUN 2026.
Beyond MUN, she is involved in Youth Lead the Change, Harvard Undergraduate Consulting Group, and the Arab community at Harvard. In her free time, Saarah enjoys going on walks, exploring the city, and laughing with friends and family late into the night. Saarah is incredibly excited to serve as the USG for Affairs for HMUN Dubai 2027 and can’t wait to meet all the talented delegates!
